Lynx is a cloud based solution. This means that the data is stored in the cloud and thus the data is updated in real time.
When you are working on a project / task / card, you can make all the changes you would like, but those will not reflect instantly to other users. However, as soon as you save the changes you made, they will instantly show for the other users.
When you are working in a project plan (project view), and another user updates the same project, the changes will be merged on your view with the changes you have made. Thus, you do not lose changes/updates due to another user working on your project at the same time.
This is the same idea throughout Lynx, Lynx-x and Tameflow.
In My Activities view and the Kanban view in Lynx, Lynx-x and Tameflow, there are refresh buttons. These can be used to make sure you are seeing the most up to date data. For My activities, if there are updates made, you will see an orange dot by the refresh button, indicating the need to refresh.
