LYNX TameFlow and Projects

Kanban or Agile Workflows are fully integrated in LYNX for Project and Portfolio management, as is illustrated in the picture below:

Workpackages contain multiple cards, which are for example are sized as an estimated or in a number of points. 

An example of a Workpackage with a Bundle of Cards and positioned within a Project Plan is shown below:

LYNX TameFlow and Continuous Work Streams (SLA)

LYNX TameFlow is also supporting the management of Services Streams of Workflows, which often are subject to Service Level Agreements (SLA's). 

Other applications of flow-based continuous workstream management are:

• the use of LYNX TameFlow for "Regular Work", like maintenance and support tasks, which are typically not part of a project
• the flow-based Sales Lead and Opportunity management, using LYNX TameFlow Taskboards

Projects and Services Workflows Combined

With LYNX TameFlow it is possible to keep projects workflows separated in streams, but also to combine the workflow in a consolidated view for the user or teams.  As is illustrated in the picture below:
