Summary: Two ways into LYNX-X: follow a learning path that takes you to one result in a set order, or go straight to the topic you need.
In LYNX-X, there are two ways to find what you need here. Follow a learning path when you are new to a job in LYNX-X: a few articles in a set order, with the objective, the journey and the time shown first. Browse a topic when you know what you are working on: each topic overview groups its articles by what you want to do.
Follow a learning path
Pick the sentence that sounds like you.
| If you say | Follow | You will be able to | Get going |
|---|---|---|---|
| “I look after people and capacity” | Learning path: Manage skills, people and capacity | Explain how skills, resources and teams relate, and how a property narrows a skill down; give people their skills and keep them up to date; decide what a person's 100 % means for your organisation | 5 steps, about 17 minutes of reading |
How a path works. It opens with what you will be able to do, the journey and the time. Get going is one sitting: at most six steps, each with its reading time. Each part ends with something to try in your own LYNX-X space and a short list to check yourself. Go further waits until your work asks for it.
Browse a topic
Each topic overview lists its articles in three groups: Understand how it works, Do a task, Look up what a screen or setting shows.

| Plan and run projects: overview | Create a project, build its plan, schedule it with critical chain, release it and keep it on track | 5 |
| Resources and capacity: overview | Set up skills, people and calendars, assign people to work and check the load across projects | 10 |
