Start with clicking around..
Click and open few cards and have a first look. Within the "Personal' Lane we have added several example cards. Also toggle between the Lanes and Flat View.
Add your first new Card
Via the + icon
Add your first new card by selecting the + icon in the left bar. This opens the Card Editor.
Once you have selected a Workpackage (Lane) and also a Card Type (both fields are mandatory), the other Card Fields are populated (as they are specific by Card type).
You can change a Card type at any point in time: you can "convert" a Lead Card to an Opportunity Card, or an Activity Card to an Activity Short or Long (to include a buffer window). |
Select for example the Card Type "Activity Short", which triggers also Card Buffer Management which automatically proposes a Due-date (see also Your Personal Task Manager: Out-of-the-Box):
Other options - Create a Child Card
When updating a card and by selecting "New Card", you can create a next new Card (Empty or Similar), but also a Child Card:

Adding a card as a child card to another card (parent) can easily be done through Drag & Drop on the target Parent Card:

You can delete or remove a card via the icon at the bottom of a card:

You can remove a "Parent" from a Child Card as follows:
Add a new Card and Notes via an Email
You can create a new Card from an Email or add an Email as a note to an existing card via Drag & Drop (currently this is supported for MS Outlook):

A new Card is created from an Email, and the Email text is added as a Note to the new Card:

In this example an Email is added on top of an existing Card. The Email text is added as a Note to the Card:
Email Attachments
If an Email has an attachment(s) you will be presented the possibility to add attachment as a document to a card:

You can also add any note or document to a card:

You can add a document from your File Explorer via Drag & Drop as well. Make sure you open the Card first:
Add a checklist to a card (start or end check)
It is also possible to add a checklist to a card. You can do this via adding multiple start- or end checks. The following video shows the process of adding checks:
