There are two options when you would like to create a new space. The first option is create a space from scratch and the second option is to clone the current space (the space you are working in right now). The difference between creating a new space and cloning the current space are described below.
Create a new Space
- A new empty space is created, without any data. All configuration tables (calendars, skills, etc.) are empty
- The user that created the new space will be by definition the Space Owner and the only member or user of the new space
Clone the current space:
- All data and tables are copied from the current space (projects, configuration, settings), except:
- the user-table is not copied and the person who "cloned" the space will be by definition the Space owner and the only user that has access to the cloned space

Change the name of a workspace
-- If you are invited to a space or working in the space belonging to the company, you (probably) don't want to change the name, because this changes the name for every user within this space.--
Add the desired workspace name or change the name of your workspace by editing the Space Properties, see figure below (Configure -> Space Properties):
