Resource contention in your plan

"Resource Contention" or resource dependencies are detected when task are scheduled sequentially, due to restricted availability of skills or resources for your project. 

In the example below there is only an availability of 1 resource (Mike Dempsey) with Skill Designer to serve task T3, T6, and T7. This causes an invisible dependency which is shown in the Gantt using a dotted arrow. 

Resource contention is identified at the critical chain level, but also can concern feeding chains.
