Work-Document: Implementation Choices
Before rolling out Lynx there are several choices that can and need to be made on how you want to use Lynx. The general recommendation is to keep the configuration as simple as possible. And only make the configuration more complex if there is a hard and specific requirement of the organization which needs to be met.
In the attached Work-Document (you can download) the choices are listed, with the simplest option in bold. If you choose to use another option we recommend to document the need you intend to satisfy by wanting a more complex option.
Every topic is introduced by links to the A-dato knowledge base. After listing the options the pro’s and con’s of the several options are summarized.
The document provides room to document your decision and create your own [COMPANY] Implementation Choices Document and the way in which you choose to implement your decision in your way of working.
Project Plan Checklist / [Company] Manual
This article also allows you to download a sample "Project Plan Checklist", which you can update as a result of some of the Implementation Choices.
It is recommended to update this document and share with your project managers team and other users as needed.
It also recommended to consider creating a small/simple [Company] Manual, which can be handed over to the users.
Space Properties - Turn Features on/off
In this document also is referred to the space property section, holding features that can be switched on and off. It allows you to configure your LYNX Implementation in the simplest way possible, but also to add selectively more advanced options.
