LYNX Release Wizard

The LYNX Release Wizard answers the following question:  if this one particular new project (D) is added to the current set of active projects (A,B and C), what due-date can we promise?  When should we start, given the required due-date (“As late as possible, and as early as needed”).  

The “Staggering” process within the Release Wizard, concerns finding the best time slot of one particular project to the existing set of already ongoing (released) Projects.
