LYNX
History Projects
This exciting new feature in LYNX is now live: History projects.
In the project properties, you can now select a project as a "History project". This means that the project is removed from the list of projects, and placed in its own filter (similar to templates), which only show when you open the filter. Please see screenshot below
This feature allows you to store all your old projects that are not relevant to see in the project list anymore (e.g. Completed or Aborted projects) but would like to keep in Lynx for future reference. It will make your current project list shorter and more managable with only relevant projects. LYNX will also only load the history projects when the filter is selected, meaning it will not impact the loading time in your day-to-day activities to have as many projects in the history filter as you would like.
If you would like to put the project back from history to the active projects' list, you can simply de-select the history project button in the project properties.
Project Managers' rights - updated
If you are a project manager as a user (under configuration > Users), and have read and writes access to a project (check mark in project properties under shared with), then you can edit project status. Prior behavior was that only the specific projects' manager can make changes to the status, not shared users.
