Interactive Task Priority Updates

In the past, users may have noticed that the Priority values shown in My Activities did not always match those displayed in Active Tasks. This difference occurred because My Activities typically updated only once per day, while Active Tasks refreshed much more frequently. As a result, the two sections could appear out of sync, leading to uncertainty about which priority status was most accurate.

To address this issue, we have introduced a new feature that gives you greater control over how often My Activities is updated. You can now customize the update frequency directly within Space Properties > Auto Schedule. This allows you to choose the number of updates per day, or per cycle, that best fits your workflow.

Whenever an update occurs, you will notice a special refresh icon indicating that new information is available in the My Activities section. Simply click the icon to refresh the list. Once refreshed, the priority values in My Activities will more closely align with those in Active Tasks, giving you a clearer, more synchronized view of your workload.

This enhancement is designed to provide improved clarity, reduce confusion, and give you more flexibility in managing your tasks throughout the day.

New AI release

The latest update brings several improvements to performance, model quality, and overall stability within the AI dashboard.

Improved Performance

The AI dashboard now operates significantly faster in larger workspaces. Areas that previously experienced a 10–20 second delay now run almost instantly. These improvements apply across projects, rooms, and widget interactions.
 

Updated AI Model

The dashboard now uses a newer AI model that produces better-structured widgets and more meaningful outputs, even from simple prompts.
 

Stability and Fixes

The update also includes a range of fixes designed to improve reliability:

• The Fever chart now reads data correctly and displays it accurately in widgets.
• Full-screen mode has been corrected and no longer behaves inconsistently when switching between widgets.
• Additional minor fixes contribute to smoother overall performance.

Please note that the AI Board is currently in beta and remains under active development. As the Fever Chart Widget continues to evolve, we recommend using the tools available within Lynx to gain a more comprehensive perspective of the Fever Chart capabilities.

This release focuses on making the dashboard faster, more accurate, and more stable for everyday use.
