LYNX Items

New

  • Revision of Hot Keys (also knows as Fast Keys or Short-cuts):  we have revised the list with available hot keys available for quickly jump or maneuver within the LYNX screens:

  • Skill: Buffer Penetration report has been added as standard report in the LYNX Report Set.  This report analyses which Skills added most buffer days for tasks that have been completed. This report is measuring (in days): 
    1. (Estimated) Initial Time (Baseline Start - Baseline Stop)
    2. Actual Lead Time (Actual Start - Actual Stop)
    3. Full Lead Time from RTS (Ready to Start) Date (RTS - Actual Stop)
    4. Additional Buffer Penetration in days (= delta between 1 and 3)Skill_Buffer_Report.png

 

  • Scenario Wizard: the following update and control options have been changed and added to make Business Priority management easier: 
    • update of the "Master" (or default) priority can easily be done now via the Scenario Wizard screen as well, like was already possible for a scenario.  The Master Priorities will be saved, once the Scenario Wizard is closed (LYNX will ask if you want to save the updated priorities)
    • "Move up" and "Move down" arrows have been added, in combination with automatic sequencing (this is helpful if you have many projects)Manage_business_priorities_-_1.png
    • A "tens" button has been added, resulting in a clean sequence from 10, 20, 30, etc. Manage_business_priorities_-_2.png
  • In the "Search and Replace Dialog" an additional check has been added, when "replace" is selected: Search_and_replace_dialog_check.png

Changes/Fixes

  • Critical Chain indicators in the tasks list were not always populated properly. This has been fixed (see example below):Critical_indicators.png
  • Various other issues have fixed, including:
    • Expected Finish Date forecast in project statistics 
    • Project Tab remained when project was closed in portfolio view. This has been fixed
    • Total Resource Hours are displayed again in the project statistics window
    • Scenarios were not always saved properly
    • Export of Tracking data via a CSV file has been fixed

 

LYNX TameFlow Items

  • It is not also possible to request a new password via the LYNX TameFlow login screen:Forgot_Password_for_TameFlow.png
  • When changing a Card Type via LYNX TameFlow Taskboard the Save button is now also enabled: Change_card_type_triggers_save.png
