Project Colors
Within the Project Properties, you know have the possibility to choose the color of your project. This color will be shown within the table of the Project Portfolio ánd will use this color for the tasks within the project. Beside the pre-configured colors, you also have the possibility to create a custom color yourself.
If you prefer a color for the tasks as well, you can manually change the edge and fill color within the visual tab within Task Properties.
Project colors within the resource Load
Additional to the colors within the Project Portfolio and within a project, you can also choose to see these colors within the Portfolio Resource Load:
Printing Favorite Reports from Projects directly
A new tab has been added to the Statistics panel on the right side of a project: Reporting. This tab includes all favorite reports that have been selected by a user. Generating this report will automatically select the current project as its filter.
Manually trigger reschedule of the Portfolio within Reporting
When you open the reporting module, the scheduling of project is stopped at the background to make it possible to run the reports. But, it could be possible that multiple users have made changes to project while you had the Reporting-module open. Therefor, an extra pop-up with a button has been created to trigger the rescheduling of the Project Portfolio providing you with the most recent data that is available at that moment, see figure:
-- Reminder: If you have a report open at that moment, you have to press the Reload-button in the top right or Run the report again to visualize the data on your screen --
Temporary worker
Within the Resource Editor, you are now able to select if a resource is temporary.
By selecting this box, you will have the possibility to see the temporary capacity within the Resource Load-graph.
Additional lines within the Resource Load-graph
When you open the options (three bars) in the top left of the Resource Load-graph. You have the possibility to add additional lines to the Resource Load-graph:
- Total Resource Availability:
- Add a line to show the total resource availability within the All-graph, which can be opened by pressing the button, shown below:
- Temporary Worker Resource Availability:
- One of the reasons to choose 'Temporary Worker' for a resource is that you then have the possibility to add a line, which shows the resource availability of these temporary workers.
Giving the following results:
- All graph: An extra line has been added to show the resource availability of all resources within the space.
- Temporary workers: A blue dotted line has been added to the skill: System Tester, to show the capacity of the temporary workers within that skill.
